This device is not reachable iPhone12 Pro

While I was transferring some images & videos from the DCIM using my Windows 10 Laptop, I faced his issue so I decided to search and write about it,
The only way to figure this out is by setting an option called ‘Transfer to Mac or PC.’  in the settings/photos to Keep Originals Like the image Below 

That's all you need to do, then unplug the iPhone then plug it into your Laptop again
